Terms + Conditions

By agreeing to Shi + Co.’s terms + conditions, you are agreeing to the current TAT pinned to the top of the page. You understand that shipping delays are out of our control, + if you'd like to cancel your order, you must follow the conditions listed below. 

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Some garments contain small parts not intended for children under 3 years old. Please use supervision while wearing Shi + Co.

Shi + Co. is not responsible for any accidents that may occur and by purchasing you are in agreement of this. 


Cancellations:

Shi + Co. does accept cancellations up to 3 hours after the order is placed. Please note that if your shipping label has already been printed that we can not cancel your order. We cannot add in discounts after an order is placed. For items that are in-stock or pre-orders that haven’t closed, we can refund, with a 5% cancellation fee.

For pre-orders that are already ordered, we charge a 15% cancellation fee. At this point, your order has been ordered, and by canceling, we require 15% to cover a small fraction of your cancelling items cost.

Store Hours:

Our online store is open 24/7. You may purchase anytime. If your order is an in stock order, please allow 2-4 business days to receive an update on tracking.

We ship orders and respond to emails Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm EST and Sat, 10am-12pm. Please allow 1-2 business days to hear back from us. If you contact outside this timeframe it may not be answered until business hours.

Address Changes:

We do accept address changes as long as your item has not already been shipped, please email us at ShiPlusCo@gmail.com to make this change.

Returns:

Shi + Co. does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.

All items are hand-distressed, so we strive for high quality items. We want our customers to be happy, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions you have before purchasing.

We do not issue refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately, within 7 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept returns of non-damaged, new items within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days, we do not accept returns. Please note that you are required to pay return shipping. Once we receive returned items, we look them over thoroughly, if they appear new and undamaged, we refund you in full for the items aside from the shipping cost. You MUST put your order number inside on your package, failure to do so will delay your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return, you can contact us via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned to sender packages:

If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, we are not obligated to reship the package. Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs to reship the item(s) if the package arrives back to us.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

Once we ship your items, we are no longer responsible for the package. Though we will always help you locate them.

Route shipping insurance is the only coverage we offer if a package goes missing, is damaged, or is lost. If Route is de-selected from checkout, we can not ensure you will receive any compensation from USPS.

Please call your local post office and ask about your package. Have your tracking number ready, as well as the tracking information that can be found on USPS.com. Most packages are found with only a slight delay in delivery.

We cannot guarantee a refund for lost or stolen packages, but will do our best to assist you with USPS claims the best that we can!

SHIPPING TIME:

Please refer to our current turn-around-time for new orders, 7-10 business days for processing. You can also find this pinned to the top of the page. Orders will be shipped within our stated turn-around-time.

Once shipped, expect a 3-5 business day transit time.

* Due to COVID-19, some areas are experiencing longer than average shipping times.

Discount Codes:

If you have a coupon or code, it must be entered when placing your order. We cannot add codes in after the order is submitted. Please double check your cart before submitting your order.
